Start with the outcome
A list of channels is not a strategy. Write down the business outcome you want to influence, who needs to take action and what may be stopping them. Keep the first version short enough that another person can repeat it.
Make your assumptions visible
Separate what you know from what you expect. A budget, an audience estimate and a conversion assumption are useful starting inputs, but none is a guarantee. Write down the evidence that would change your mind.
Choose a review rhythm
Decide when you will review the plan and which signals will inform the next step. Consistent review helps a team learn without changing direction after every small fluctuation.
